This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected and processed in connection with my website www.denisholub.com, and in particular within the scope of the project Euroman 2026.

When applying for or participating in Euroman 2026 (as a member of the Delivery Team or the Race Team), the following personal data will be collected and processed:

Any additional information provided voluntarily
3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
Application and selection process for participation in Euroman 2026
Organization and execution of the Euroman 2026 project
Communication in connection with your membership in the Delivery Team or Race Team
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).
If you consent to the further use of your data beyond the end of the project, the processing is additionally based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).
4. Data Retention
Your data will be stored until the end of the Euroman 2026 project.
At the end of the project, you will be contacted in writing to ask whether your data may be retained for future projects.
If you do not provide consent, your data will be deleted immediately after the end of the project.
5. Data Sharing
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, unless this is strictly necessary for the execution of the project or required by law.
No transfer of data to countries outside the European Union (third countries) will take place.
6. Your Rights
According to Articles 15–22 GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right to data portability
Right to object to the processing of your personal data

7. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
In Germany, this is for example the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BfDI).
8. Obligation to Provide Data
Providing the above-mentioned personal data is necessary in order to review your application and, if applicable, enable your participation in Euroman 2026. Without this data, participation is not possible.
9. Data Security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
